We’re celebrating a major milestone at The Compleat Food Group this week – our Riverside Bakery turns 40 years old! Riverside Bakery first opened its doors back in 1982 and since then it has gone from strength to strength. The Bakery has grown from 50 employees to a team of 350 people who are a brilliantly loyal workforce, including some who have been with us since 1982.
To mark the occasion and to show our gratitude, we invited ex-employees and the company’s senior leadership team to enjoy a factory tour and lunch. Those who have been with the Bakery for the full 40 years were also presented with long service awards in recognition of their hard work and dedication.
Congratulations to the Riverside Bakery team on a fantastic event, here’s to the next 40!
