Meet our new Graduates!

Earlier this year we opened applications for our Graduate Scheme, with over 400 applications for the 16 placements, there certainly was stiff competition to secure a place with us.

After some hard decision making, on the week of the 5th of September,  we welcomed our new Graduates into the business for their company induction.

Our two-year scheme provides new starters with professional development support and guidance whilst they specialise in one of the many functions of our business, including: Engineering, Finance, HR, Operations, Technical, Supply Chain and Category.

It was fantastic getting to meet all our graduates and for them to start to make connections that will span across their careers. It was a day full of enthusiasm, passion and relationship building, teaching our new starters about the company, the ‘Food to Feel Good’ ethos and even providing tasters of our delicious product from our different brands.
