Introducing our graduates to our ESG strategy

At The Compleat Food Group we’re on a mission to create great quality, tasty food in a way that delivers a positive impact on people and the planet. Underpinning this vision is achieving our Net Zero and Social Value commitments, which form part of our new ESG Impact strategy.

It’s important that our colleagues understand and are invested in our goals, which is why we recently held an event with our graduates to introduce our ESG strategy to them in more detail.

Our Head of ESG David Moore led the interactive session at our Milton Keynes office, which included launching the graduate’s group ESG project, which will help drive forward our ESG agenda. Moving forwards our graduates will continue to play an integral part in our ESG strategy and will feedback their progress to a committee every quarter.

As the next generation of leaders in our company, we are excited to see how our graduates will take on this new challenge and deliver fresh perspectives and insights as part of.
