Partnering with Working Options

We are pleased to be working in partnership with Working Options in Education, the employability and life skills charity helping young people to fulfil their potential.

In December, our Head of ESG David Moore delivered two presentations for Regents College and USP College, which explored his own career in the food industry and what he has learnt working for some of the UK’s biggest retailers and food manufacturers, as well as practical tips about what he looks for when recruiting.

We believe in sharing our knowledge and developing early careers, creating a pool of diverse talent and an equitable and inclusive workforce. We’re looking forward to continuing our partnership with Working Options in Education into the new year and beyond.
