We’ve been celebrating this year’s National Graduate Week (17th – 21st October 2022) at The Compleat Food Group.
We believe in providing our next generation of food leaders with the chance to progress and learn on the job, which is why we’re so passionate about our Graduate Scheme. During National Graduate Week, our Early Careers and Talent Advisor Natasha Martin attended the Graduate Recruitment Fair at Nottingham Trent University along with two members of this year’s Graduate Scheme, Laura Twite and Ashleigh Ward who shared their insights on what working life on the graduate fast track is like at Compleat.
