Divisional HR Business Partner – Dual Location
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing both performance and employee engagement? We are seeking an experienced Divisional HR Business Partner to over see our HR functions in our Middlesbrough and Clitheroe manufacturing sites (5 locations) where you will be part of the site senior leadership teams. A driving licence is required for this role and the availability to travel weekly between the two locations – Middlesbrough would be where you spent more of your time.
In this pivotal HR Leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and driving robust site people plan's that effectively balances the dual goals of driving site performance and improving employee engagement across different locations.
